How do I get my merchandise order?

  • We use a courier company that delivers right to your door.
  • If you are near our office at 78 4th Street, Northmead, Benoni, you can pick it up and avoid courier costs.
  • Production takes 1-3 working days and delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We can send parcels internationally; the shipping costs will differ from online prices. For more information on international shipping, email orders@fokkol.co.za or WhatsApp us at +27 79 798 5282.

How do I change something on my order?

If you have just placed an order and want to change something, you can email us at orders@fokkol.co.za, WhatsApp us on +27 79 798 5282, or call us on 087 188 4196. We will then gladly assist in your query.

I received my order, but an item does not fit or I want to change the item.

If the item has not been worn or washed, we can exchange it. You can email us at orders@fokkol.co.za or WhatsApp us on +27 79 798 5282, and we will help with the exchange. Please do note, underwear cannot be exchanged.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

Production items normally take 1-3 working days.

Delivery takes between 3-5  working days, can be earlier depending on area 

Can you do an overnight?

We can overnight the parcel, for an additional cost.
