REFUNDS & RETURNS


All exchanges and refunds must meet the following requirements:

1. Merchandise exchange or refund must be initiated within 1 working day of receiving your order. To return or exchange an item, please send an email to orders@fokkol.co.za. Please attach a photo of the merchandise you want to return or exchange.

2. Merchandise must be returned to fOKKOL within 5 working days.

3. The customer is liable for any delivery fees regarding the exchange or return of an item.

4. A tracking number must be provided to fOKKOL.

5. All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

6. All merchandise must include the original packaging, in its original condition

7. End-of-range, clearance sale, special orders and customized orders may not be returned or exchanged.

8. Any free or promo merchandise may not be returned for cash value or a different item. The item can only be exchanged if damaged.

9. No underwear will be accepted to be replaced by another one, we keep things hygienic.

No underwear may be returned!

 

T’s and c’s on mugs:

  1. Wash the mug by hand.
  2. Not microwave or dishwasher safe, just wash it yourself.

If you mess up your mug, buy a new one!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

Alle uitruilings moet aan die volgende vereistes voldoen:

  1. Die uitruilproses moet binne 1 werksdag vanaf ontvangs van die bestelling aangemeld word. Stuur ‘n epos aan orders@fokkol.co.za om ‘n item te vervang of terug te stuur. Heg asseblief ‘n foto van die item/items aan.
  2. Goedere moet binne 5 werksdae teruggestuur word aan fOKKOL.
  3. Die kliënt is verantwoordelik vir enige koerier koste aangaande die uitruilproses.
  4. Tracking nommer moet aan fOKKOL gestuur word.
  5. Alle handelsware moet onveranderd, onbeskadig, ongebruik en ongewas wees.
  6. Alle handelsware moet in die oorspronklike verpakking en toestand wees.
  7. Einde van die reeks produkte, gratis produkte, spesiale bestellings en aangepaste bestellings kan nie teruggestuur of omgeruil word nie.
  8. Enige gratis of promosie-goedere mag nie vir kontantwaarde of ‘n ander item geruil word nie. Die item kan slegs omgeruil word indien dit beskadig is.

    9. Geen onnies sal omgeruil kan word vir ‘n ander een nie, ons hou dinge higienies.

Geen onnies mag omgeruil word nie.

 

 

Voorwaardes op bekers:

  • Was die beker met die hand.

  • Nie mikrogolf- of skottelgoedwasser-veilig nie – was dit maar self.

As jy jou beker opmors, koop ‘n nuwe een!
